HOCUT® 5630
WATER SOLUBLE METALWORKING FLUID

HOCUT® 5630 is a fully synthetic machining and grinding fluid with state of art technology. Its excellent lubricity provide great performance for Al machining. It also can be used for difficult materials general machining. The mineral oil-free solution provides great cleanability and excellent tramp oil rejection.

Applications
HOCUT® 5630 is suitable for Al, medium to low carbon steel, stainless steel and high temperature steel alloy grinding. It's also used in machining process for Al 319,380, 390, LY12, etc. Auto aluminum and aerospace plus electronics Al alloy such as 6061,6063,7075. HOCUT® 5630 can also used for other materials, like copper, Ti alloys for turning, milling, drilling, tapping with good lubricity, cooling and detergency.
