It is a versatile product which can be used for many machines and metals, which include bar machines, milling machines, lathes, chuckers, centerless and cylindrical grinders. Whether you’re cutting high or low carbon steels, alloy steels or nodular iron, grey iron or 300 and 400 series of stainless steel, HOCUT® 795 SP is the choice. It is especially suitable for ferrous metal grinding .

Applications
HOCUT® 795 SP is formulated with a combination of ingredients that provide a greater resistance to microbial degradation of the fluid, which will reduce the need of costly sumpside biocide addition. It doesn’t contain Sulfur or Chlorine EP additives. It is boron, formaldehyde, nitrite and phenol free, which are harmful to the environment and human health. HOCUT® 795 SP is compatible with hard water, clean running and biostable, which assures long, odor-free sump life. It provides corrosion protection without staining and affords good lubrication for machine ways and indexing mechanisms. Low foaming characteristics make HOCUT® 795 SP as an excellent choice for modern high pressure applications.
