HOUGHTO-CLEAN™ 221T
HIGH SOLVENT EMULSION CLEANER

HOUGHTO-CLEAN™ 221T is a scientifically formulated product that contains a balance blend of aliphatic solvents that provide a synergistic cleaning action in power washers. Thus this product contains emulsifiers, surface active agents, couplers and rust preventatives which when diluted with hot or cold water, form a loose, large particle size, non-foaming emulsion. These larger particles generally clean more effectively than do tightly bound emulsions of submicron size. HOUGHTO-CLEAN™ 221T is often use by our customers for cleaning oily soaked floors and general machinery without any detrimental effects to the in use metalworking process emulsion, plus it can be added as cleaner to an existing emulsion system before this system is replaced with fresh emulsion.

Applications
HOUGHTO-CLEAN™ 221T emulsions make an economical solvent emulsion metal cleaner that provides excellent in plant, in-process rust protection. The protective film is colourless plus it's has a transparent, almost invisible lustre that enhances the appearance of many components. In contrast with most power wash alkaline cleaners HOUGHTOCLEAN ™ 221T emulsions will not attack non-ferrous surfaces. That leaves an appealing lustrous film and eliminates or minimisers evaporation staining on finely finished aluminium, brass, copper or ferrous alloys.
