QUAKERCOOL® 2010 H is a high performance synthetic machining fluid that can be used in all type of machining operations that require high lubricity and cooling operations.

Applications
QUAKERCOOL® 2010 H is suitable for the operations with good lubrication, cleaning, cooling properties, especially cylinder honing. It is suitable for more difficult processing processes, including high alloy steel, carbon steel, cast iron and other materials.

Benefits

• o Excellent Lubrication - The extremely effective “block co-polymer” synthetic lubricant features inverse solubility. It reacts to heat of metal deformation to provide instant added lubrication. This product contains no mineral oil.
• o Low Foaming – Little foam in most water conditions.
• o Stable pH - Less dumping and higher productivity due outstanding sump life.
• o Excellent Detergency - the product has excellent cleanliness, it can keep grinding wheel efficiency and provide a good wetting and heat transfer properties.
• o Little Residue - Doesn’t contain any inorganic salt, very little residue which is non-tacky and can be removed easily by normal process.
• o Non-Hazardous - This product does not contain any material shown to be a carcinogen
